A graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School with a background in leading fine-dining kitchens across the country, she brings both technical precision and creative passion to her work. Her career highlights include cooking for high-profile clients/celebrities and being awarded first runner-up on Chopped (Season 41).

Drawing from her love of seasonally sourced Pacific Northwest ingredients, Erica creates fully custom menus that balance technique, creativity, and flavor. Each meal is designed as a sensory experience, courses that unfold with intention and invite connection as your table becomes a place to celebrate and savor.
